Thought Ohio’s AG was against it — did the Ohio assembly pull an Idaho and override him?

Silly question, I think, but can individuals add their names to the Republican lawsuit?
Iowa should be on that list.

If the legislatures of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin could join the suit as amici curiae, it would be half the states.

The list is missing South Carolina and the map Ohio—if they are both in that makes it Texas+21.
Kentucky, Alaska, and Iowa to make it 25?

Check out Lin Woods Twitter. He’s attempting to be placed on the law suit as an individual but has yet to be docketed.

Ohio’s AG filed an amicus brief in support of... no one. Basically, he just asked SCOTUS to make a determination about whether the actions of PA, MI, WI and GA violated the Elector’s Clause. But even if it did, he opposes SCOTUS providing any remedy. So even if SCOTUS finds those states violated the Constitution, he is apparently okay with Biden winning with unconstitutional votes...

How did Ohio get on the list? Their AG filed a harsh brief against Texas today.

Most of the GOP legislators in PA did file an amicus brief supporting Texas.

I don’t really understand why this took a month and a week to get to this point… But I guess I’m glad we are here

I'm beginning to wonder if the Dems now wish they would have just waited 3 or 4 years with DT as President and hoped whoever ran for President on the Republican side in 2024 would be a squish, instead of getting into all of this s**t now.
Was the cheating worth it this time?
