The couple who took me to Indy for my surgery both were diagnosed with Covid after we got home. They had been taking D, C zinc and Quercetin. Mild or no systems. They were concerned about me but I reminded them in addition to all they were taking I was also on an antibiotic.
People are passing the word about quercetin particularly after we’ve had a couple of deaths of people in their fifties.
Lots of folks staying home and limiting contact. As I told you we’re now designated a Red zone. And no one knows where it’s coming from.

Our lovely governor, Jay Inslee, </sarcasm off> did his usual briefing today and has extended the lockdown now to Jan. 4th.
It has been almost a year now since I have been able to do anything. No eating out etc. When it gets close to that date he will extend it again.
I can’t believe how many here believe it is for the COMMON GOOD they say. They don’t care that people are losing their livelihood.
