Our lovely governor, Jay Inslee, </sarcasm off> did his usual briefing today and has extended the lockdown now to Jan. 4th.
It has been almost a year now since I have been able to do anything. No eating out etc. When it gets close to that date he will extend it again.
I can’t believe how many here believe it is for the COMMON GOOD they say. They don’t care that people are losing their livelihood.

Texas has pretty much been open....100% on stores and at least to 50 - 75%, on restaurants, for the better part of the year. Bars opened, then closed...I think....we don’t go to bars, so I’m not sure. I just feel bad for people who own them....and restaurants....trying to hang in there.
It breaks my heart when I see kids jumping off the school bus...wearing masks...but, I’m just glad our schools are open and that they’re able to be around their friends/other kids.
The restraunts aren’t even open at limited capacity? There won’t be any left in business.
