What a fun Christmas party menu, lysie.

I just looked up the recipe, for the Chicken Riggies....which are ‘native’ to your area! (Of course you already know that :)

I am going to make those, for dinner, one night. I really like the idea of using the jalapeños for the pepper.

Upside down pear cake sounds amazing. I know my grands would love it! I need to find a recipe for that, too.

I have to admit , I'll use a cake mix sometimes instead of the cake recipe and I use canned pears. Still tastes yummy..
