If two sets of votes are submitted to Congress on the 6th, could Pence send the two sets to the Senate and the House separately to determine which set of votes to include?
If both Houses of Congress cannot come together, then Pence can throw the votes out?
If this can happen dropping these three states would drop Biden below 270.
Does the election then move to the House for a one vote/one state count?
