The lady whose vote couldn’t be found? I have said before that happened to 4 of my family members - 2 in person, 2 absentee. 2 of them don’t want to get involved but the other two contacted people and got no resolution so they are contacting lawyers.
So, if there are this many just in my family, I wonder how many would there be in the whole state.

It probably depends on how people voted.
If the ballot was for Trump, then it immediately goes in the trash or shredder. If it’s for Biden, then it gets counted (multiple times).

Hunter Biden just came out with a statement that he just learned that he is under investigation for tax problems. The FBI has been investigating him for a year for money laundering. Note the Clintonesque difference in the words of accusation.
I really despise these people and the Marxist media for protecting them.
I hope to have an opportunity to ask a Biden voter if they would knowingly vote for a corrupt racist with dementia. Each of these accusations can be demonstrated by videos with Biden’s own words. I should assemble a video that I could show them with clips for each of these. I think that most of the people I know who voted for Biden voted for the person they saw an advertisements, not the actual person. They also voted against the Marxist media’s portrayal of President Trump. They have absolutely no knowledge of all the great things that Trump has done for our country.

@D______K_______
oops! typo! therefore, you lose the case
am I lolyering correctly

this is absolutely nuts
they're citing the PA court's insane decision that "the lack of a handwritten date" is a "minor defect" that "does not void the ballot"
Alito specifically reprimanded them for this

this is even worse
they're doubling and quadrupling down on their open defiance of Alito's order

this is all just a bunch of handwaving and "I can't even," it's Reddit The Legal Filing
shocking lack of actual substantive argument
they're banking on the political ramifications being too great; they think Alito and Thomas are bluffing
the essence of their legal argument, such as it is, is that "state legislatures aren't allowed to violate state constitutions" where "violations of the state constitution" are whatever the state supreme court says it is--up to and including ad hoc rewrites of election law
in other words: PA's argument here is that the state legislature doesn't actually get to determine how the election happens, *IF* the state supreme court disagrees with PA election law, *BECAUSE* the PA SC "interprets the state constitution"
this is hog-wild judicial supremacism
Pip
Is there some reason they seem to be going out of their way to use queer, flowery language, rather than speaking plain English/using legal terminology?
Is this not a legal document?
DK
I noticed this too, from the second paragraph. it really reads like it was written by someone with an MA in Grievance Studies, not an actual lolyer.
Pip
It definitely doesn't read like any valid legal document I've ever seen. I won't pretend to be an actual solicitor myself, but I am reasonably sure there's a reason they use specific terminology in these sorts of thing.
HarmonicDissident
What fuggin' legal document has ever used the term, "in a nutshell". These losers deserve to get body slammed (in minecraft).

SamDallas
Yea, the author lost me at "seditious." What a shit salad of legalese.
DK
it's not even "legalese," that's the thing, this reads like an undergrad term paper.
