This monitor just testified that he took pics of the ballots Ms. Voyle said had not been folded and were pristine. And there was a large stack of ballots with not one marked for President Trump.(can't remember if he said 100 ballots)

He walked into the counting room without anyone knowing him and was asked to take a large suitcase to a particular table. This person who asked him stated the suitcase was suppose to go to a particular table but for some reason they already have a suitcase. He reminded this committee that these suitcase were to be handed out one by one and signed off. This didn't happen and anyone could have walked out with a suitcase.

Yep, as different mathematicians work on the data, they confirm the election fraud independently. When new media gets a jump on reporting these patterns in the data, it’ll be a block buster for them, and my bet is on Gateway Pundit, but there have some surprises from others.

-About 10 of the States Attorneys Generals meeting with @realDonaldTrump @ WH.

-Rumor: states preparing to up their ABs to co-plantiff status.

-Lefitist DailyKos poll says 50% of voters think election rigged.

IMHO

POTUS gauging level of support from multiple sources. Since at least half the country is joining lawsuit, rejects election results, and resisting, he may be feeling out states' top lawyers in case he decides to invoke...you know.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost argues that the court SHOULD decide whether the Constitution permits state courts and state executive officials "to alter the rules by which presidential elections are conducted."

"The People need an answer, too. Until they get one, elections will continue to be plagued by doubts regarding whether the President was chosen in the constitutionally prescribed manner." -- AG Yost

Yost argues that if courts are not allowed to interfere in the legislatures' power to pick electors, the Supreme Court is no exception.

"Federal courts, just like state courts, lack authority to change the legislatively chosen method for appointing presidential electors."

The Ohio amicus appears to agree with Texas on all except the remedy.

Yes ridiculous, it's hard to figure out exactly what they are arguing but that could be it. If so, it's silly.

I have been bombarded with heavy criticism by members of GOP like @newtgingrich . They claim I am hurting election chances of @KLoeffler & @sendavidperdue .

All I have done is ask Kelly & David to demand @BrianKempGA order legislature to deal with fraud & support @realDonaldTrump .

These testimonies are bombs!!~ There is no way this state can certify and think they can have a legal election coming up. Curing ballots by volunteers AFTER the election. Democrats receiving 6 or more ballots in the mail and a Republican in the household received any!..

.Republican's having their ballots looked at and when they see they are Republican they are sent to a certain ballot machine..quite possibly overriding they vote.
