IIRC the PA law, enacted by the PA state legislature, says that mail in ballots are only valid (perhaps among other measures) if they are returned before 8PM election day, and if any are accepted after 8PM election day, ALL mail in ballots are nullified. Anyone remember? Amirite? So if that is correct, the coward PA legislature is full of s***.
