Durham’s previous job was as a prosecutor, running Grand Juries.
GJs do not have a report, only indictments.
Ask, since he is now an SC, is he done with the prosecutorial effort?

I agree but one aspect of Special Counsel statute and specifically in Barr’s letter it specifies that Durham is to make a report to D_J which could then be DECLAS’d.
I should have amended my comment to say “I don’t believe in Durham reports. I expect Durham indictments and arrests.” And that is something I hadn’t thought of, if he is now heading a SC that likely means he’s finished with the other. Hadn’t occurred to me.
