Not only is our current election invalid, but the elections of every federal, state, and local politician is now in question, especially in the states and locales where electronic voting and/or counting has been used.
In the Clancy book "Executive Decisions", the whole DC government had been vaporized -- Supreme Court, Senate, House, former President, top military, and such.
The states were relatively unscathed. The now "President" Dr. Ryan ordered each governor to appoint two Senators, and for each congressional district to hold special elections to pick new critters. Ryan, the President, nominated new SCOTUS judges. Thus was a new government created.
We are now actually a few steps farther in the hole than Dr. Ryan was. Our current state governments, all the way down to dogcatcher, are potentially invalid, corrupted, and treasonous.
If all the traitors were removed from the planet (as they should be), then we would have to start with new elections, secured by serious military force, with requirements for paper ballots, voter ID, and only living, citizen voters.
We would have martial law from the moment of the SCOTUS decision, or the Presidential decision to invoke the insurrection act, or both.
Then, under military law, elections would need to be for local and state positions, especially governors, SoS, Attorneys General, elections officials, etc.
Maybe then, we could trust the districts to elect human congress critters, and the governors to elect human senators.
It might be easier to accomplish, and trust, with all the smoking, rotting corpses of traitors adorning the trees and lampposts from sea to shining sea.
Maybe, maybe not. What does "Biblical" look like?
