Careful with SCOTUSBlog, the twitter account is run by a never Trump flipping out over the implication of fraud. I finally blocked them.

All I see here are procedural cases, trying to stop or allowing to open voting laws. Mostly last minute changes claimed to accommodate coronavirus.
Obviously the last minute changes were put there by dems to allow cheating.
E.g. Here in AZ, a judge suddenly, on the deadline date, extended registration deadline. Why? It actually created huge mess in the registration and obvious potential for fraud. No doubt about it. But that’s hard case to argue for change the in voting results. Basically easy to dismiss arguing - well, we messed up, sorry.
I do not see in the list any lawsuit like:
We observed stealing votes in ..., here are the witnesses, documents.
These would be hard to dismiss and good reasons to change the results.
Correct me if I missed something.

Are you aware that the AZ Legislature passed a Law that only a relative could turn in a ballot for someone else? An Obama judge put a stay on that LAW, so it wouldn’t affect this election. The Leftist judiciary is part and parcel of the destruction of this country. Someone should clue in John Roberts that there ARE DEMOCRAT JUDGES. (But obviously there aren’t Republican judges or we wouldn’t be in the state of collapse that we now find ourselves)

Yes. After previous bad experiences with ballot harvesting, AZ legislature passed a law outlawing the practice. However there is no penalty! You can challenge people bringing in piles of ballots, but you cannot really stop them! Anyway, what prevents harvesters from just dumping the ballots in the mail or in the unmanned collection boxes!

It is lib, but this is an accurate list.

Note what is missing, and what I keep harping on:

The three cases that matter are the combo of the two in PA (Ds vs SoS and Trump vs SoS) and these are both an absentee ballots.

The MI case, likewise is on absentees and lateness, as is the GA case.

The #s in GA suggest the result “could” overturn the GA election result, but I have yet to see any #s from anyone on how many absentees are affected in PA and MI if Trump’s side wins. If you have those, please post. In MI, it needs to be over 140,000. Very doubtful. No one knows the number in PA, which is why it may end up in the USSC.

Reminder: We need all three to deny Biteme the 270. Two won’t do it. We need four to elevate Trump above 270.
