We need to begin with what most people almost surely know, despite the predictable disclaimers and pro forma expressions of doubt emerging all over the infoscape, namely, the 2020 election is in process of being stolen in what amounts to an insidiously deceptive coup d’état. It is fair to assume that this is common knowledge.
The circumstantial evidence is dispositive.
Biden was rarely able to manage a rally of more than a dozen or two stalwarts while Trump’s rallies could top 50,000;
Biden garnered more votes than even Obama did, a sublime unlikelihood;
the media called for Biden when Trump was comfortably ahead in the ballot count;
a sudden and nigh-miraculous manna drop of late-arriving ballots in the wee hours tilted the scale for Biden;
the virtual expulsion of Republican scrutineers at the voting booths and the obstruction by State authorities of monitored recounts;
and the use of Dominion voting systems allegedly calibrated to favor Biden and erase Trump.
Veteran lawyer Robert Kirk is convinced that the facts are
“…the kind and quality of substantial evidence, which, if presented to a jury, would easily result in a unanimous verdict by all twelve jurors, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the re-election of Donald J. Trump was stolen through the use of the Dominion voting software systems installed in states throughout our country.”
The so-called system “glitches” privileging Biden turn out to constitute an unmistakable pattern, a veritable constellation of effects. Moreover, the contest is far from over and the kraken has yet to be released.

26 Nov Detroit: Citing conspiracy theories, Michigan GOP electors ask court to name Trump winner

The new suit emphasizes an error in GOP-leaning Antrim County, where initial and unofficial results showed Biden ahead. The county eventually pulled its results from its website, realizing something had gone wrong and finding that Trump had actually won the county...
Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy, a Republican, told Michigan lawmakers the issue stemmed from changes the county had to make to its ballot to accommodate two jurisdictions. When the software company, Election Source, sent her a flash drive to upload the changes, the updates were applied to just the two jurisdictions. But all of the county’s Dominion Voting Systems tabulators should have received the updated software.
The oversight resulted in a mix-up as data was transferred from the tabulators to the county’s main voting software, giving Biden an unexpected lead shortly after 4 a.m. and pushing the county and Dominion Voting Systems into the national spotlight, Guy said.
However, the new suit attempts to tie the administrative incident in Antrim County to Wayne County, Michigan’s largest county and a Democratic stronghold.
“Wayne County used the same Dominion voting system tabulators as did Antrim County, and Wayne County tested only a single one of its vote tabulating machines before the election,” the suit says...
Likewise, just because a ballot arrived at TCF Center after polls closed at 8 p.m. Nov. 3 doesn’t mean it wasn’t valid. The ballots delivered to the TCF Center had been verified by the Detroit clerk’s staff prior to delivery in a process prescribed by Michigan law, Thomas said in a past affidavit...

26 Nov: Tri-City Herald: Benton, Franklin counties saw biggest voter turnout in years. Election results certified

Franklin County saw the biggest voter turnout in 12 years in this month’s election. And in Benton County it was the highest in eight years.
Both counties certified their election results this week. But at least one county commissioner planned to dispute the results.
Franklin County voters returned 32,837 ballots — a 78.29% turnout. That was the highest since 2008, when it reached 85%.
Benton County received 103,736 votes — a 82.16% turnout. Returns hadn’t reached that level since 2012 when it also was 82%...
“As commissioner District 3 of Franklin County in Washington State, I have found too many irregularities in the votes and concerns of security breaches to be able to certify our Franklin County election of 2020,” said the letter.
Didier did not say what the irregularities were. Didier was not a member of the canvassing board that votes to certify the results...
Beaton told the Herald he is confident in the results, but he can understand that Didier might be concerned about the Dominion Voting System software the county uses. The system, which is not connected to the internet, is used to scan and count ballots and flag any with problems.
A separate system is then used to uploaded the information online.
Beaton said there are multiple safety checks preventing any tampering with ballots. That includes a locked storage room and 24-hour camera surveillance, and when the ballots are scanned in they’re done by two people.
He said he understands people are concerned with elections, especially this year when voters were worried about mail delivery of ballots...

The manner in which the election was corrupted-in so many states and in the same fashion in each state - should automatically take the issue out of those states hands and courts.

I have decided that the constant change of election ahem cough wheeze “methods”, all these years have always been to bend the elections to those that wish to stay in control, no matter which place I have lived in, historically. I have mail-in-voted in Oregon. I have punched cards in California, personally penciled forms in New York, and touch-screened and absentee balloted in Louisiana.
I want the Democrats to be so insane, when all the dust settles, that they receive Darwin awards!!!
This is what I believe. The magnitude of the attack crosses a line where the DOD may be brought into play due to the attack on critical infrastructure by both foreign and domestic enemies. The several EOs on the matter would necessitate such a response.
And those involved would have their assets seized.

That could be partly our fault. So many professional conservatives do just about anything to be excused from jury service because we actually go to work and must be productive. That leaves the stupid and lazy welfare queens to serve.
