Hosts of “Fox & Friends” said Wednesday that confusion about the presidential election — and the responsibility to clear up that confusion — lies squarely with President Donald Trump.
“At some point, it’s going to be incumbent upon him” to acknowledge that Joe Biden has won the election and there was not widespread fraud that would overturn the results, Jedediah Bila said. “It’s going to fall on him. With great power comes great responsibility to say, ‘You know what? The process is done. This is the verdict. Let’s move on.'”
Bila and co-host Steve Doocy both pointed out Trump’s responsibility for sowing distrust in the results of this month’s election, which he has so far refused to concede to President-elect Joe Biden. Trump has baselessly insisted there was widespread voter fraud though his campaign has yet to produce any evidence to substantiate that claim.
“When the president says that the election was rigged against him — he says it a number of times — it starts to ring true to people and they start to believe it,” said Doocy, referring to a CNBC poll from earlier in the week that found only 3% of Trump’s voters consider Biden the winner of the election.
Bila took Doocy’s statements further, adding, “It’s always going to be deeply disappointing when your candidate of choice doesn’t win. With that being said, as of right now, the evidence shows that Joe Biden is the president-elect.

Hey I’ve been saying for awhile now Bila is NOT a conservative. I didn’t really know much about her until she filled in for Ainseligh on her last vacation. She is liberal but a lot of people doen’t know it yet.
Election transparency and integrity are stake. We have to get the frailty of the systems under control. To rush this along is unpatriotic for all Americans in the long run. Bravo to Trump, once again pulling the curtain back on the deep state and all the workings of their minions. Fox News may end up being collateral damage but they are making their own beds for not looking at what America needs beyond the current ratings period. I am thoroughly disappointed with Ducey for not seeing this.
I saw a huge change in Jedediah Bila since the election. She seems to be a Democrat which I never thought before that she was. I didn’t think she was an avid Republican but I didn’t think her to be this low. You can see the distress on her face when she seems desperate to try to convince her audience of Biden’s win.
I thought that she had been kind of underhanded by finally getting her a job at Fox and then immediately getting pregnant so that she could take a leave of absence. Then she got the Covid and had to stay off air for a long time. I don’t know if I would find her trustworthy in anything.
Fox News and other large news media outlets are condescending and patronizing. Talking down to us like we don't understand math, or cannot see that the numbers don't stand up to scrutiny.
Follow the Math! Follow the facts! Most of the media persons have failed middle school math. They just spout inanities at us, like we cannot analyze their statements and see the holes in them.
Fox News feels that though they may have a downturn in viewers right now, they will bounce right back later on, because to them, conservatives don't have anywhere else to go. Fox is willing to make the sacrifice to push their agenda at this time.
No matter, I cut cable and am off Fox. Internet fills my needs and I supplement with Newmax, Bannon, and a few others.
