IIRC, Flynn could not hold a federal position, unless he was ‘exonerated’,,’
that disappoints me..
Ok, but it frees up Sidney Powell and puts Flynn on her team or whatever.
There was a reason to wait but now there are more pressing matters.
On a better note.... watch the clock today....
Sidney’s Georgia filing.... it’s not going to disappoint. I suspect it will be the first put down card that includes electronic surveillance as evidence/proof of steal.
There’s a reason for many things htat have been going on in the last 24 hours, and tonight will be special. Trump wants us to have a Happy Thanksgiving....
So let’s dance.... (insert Trump dancing here) while I q up the music for him....
Crazy liberals walkin’ round with blood in their eyes
And all Trump wants to do is dance, dance
Wild-eyed America haters who ain’t afraid to die
And all Trump wants to do is
All he wants to do is dance and make America Great
Trump can’t feel the heat comin’ off the street
He wants to be great
He wants to get down
All he wants to do is
All he wants to do is dance
Well, the government bugged the Trump’s room in the local Whitehouse lounge
And all he wants to do is dance, dance
To keep the boys from sellin’ all the ballots they could scrounge
And all he wants to do is dance
But that don’t keep the boys from makin’ a buck or two
And all he wants to do is dance, dance
They still can sell the precincts all the ballots that they can do
And all he wants to do is
All he wants to do is dance and make America Great

flynn received a complete pardo, he is exonerated
he was never sentenced

Does a pardon exclude eventual exoneration?
Now he can; see rolling stone’s post:
https://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3909553/posts?page=385#385
He plead guilty, then withdrew his plea, then the government withdrew its prosecution, but the judge, welll. I think he was not technically convicted.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I tried to find out about that and so far have not yet determined. Flynn was never convicted, and the charges were dropped. Does anyone know more about this?
Residual effects of convictions
While a presidential pardon will restore various rights lost as a result of the pardoned offense and should lessen to some extent the stigma arising from a conviction, it will not erase or expunge the record of that conviction. Therefore, a person who is granted a pardon must still disclose their conviction on any form where such information is required, although the person may also disclose the fact that they received a pardon.[25] In addition, most civil disabilities attendant upon a federal felony conviction, such as loss of the right to vote and hold state public office, are imposed by state rather than federal law, and also may be removed only by state action.
Sydney Powell specifically asked at the end of Sept. 2020 that a pardon NOT be given to Flynn.
Accepting a pardon also carries a confession of guilt.
so what changed?
I’m guessing Pres. Trump is doing it “just in case”. If he’s out of office, Biden reverses the DOJ and Sullivan brings down the hammer...which he may do anyway.
arg,...Sidney, not Sydney. sheesh.
