Okay so Darpa has created a program for social media and Internet to ban conservative speech and didn't want to release it through one of the social media giants it owns (bad PR right now).
So, they have a university professor conducting research announce he's got something. That software is soon to go mainstream to 'protect' the public. Bet China has a version of it in use already.

One wonders what will they do with those who discuss conspiracy theory?? What will they do to the people who engage in this social unacceptable form of speech? Unacceptable to whom?
(1984, of course:) Identify thought patterns, then the words that are used, and remove them from langage and speech.
