Wonder if the pardon creates a conflict of interest challenge against Sullivan as I believe he was named to preside over one of the President’s election challenges?

I meant that if they are trying to show that minorities got disenfranchised by tossing some votes, they’d have a hard time proving those votes came from minorites; no way to ID which votes came from whom.
Whether it was a poll worker illegally filling out a stack of ballots for hiden biden, or some Joe Schmoe.

That said, the Iran part is weak and so is anything about dominion. So far.
Just because Dominion was vulnerable doesn’t mean it was hacked. Zero proof offered that it was. But it creates public opinion.

I’m very disturbed after fully reading both filings that nobody has been arrested as far as we know for flagrant violations of law, including verbal and physical harassment. Also, not a single report about any fbi, police, doj, marshals questioning witnesses in these polling centers. Gee whiz, the charges that are backed by tons of evidence would certainly call for it!

Remember, this is a Civil suit (non criminal) over the election results. When evidence is presented in court the Judges should then direct the Constabulary to arrest the parties responsible pending criminal charges.
