Xavier Collin/Image Press Agency/SIPA USA/AP Images This is the winter of discontent for Hollywood workers, as no level of seniority has been spared from the wave of mass layoffs.
Warner Bros. has been shaken by two rounds of layoffs and a wholesale restructuring that have ushered out veterans with decades of service to the Hollywood studio.
NBCUniversal has rewired the structure of its TV content production and distribution operations, leading to hundreds of job cuts. ViacomCBS has periodically shed bodies by the dozens in the year since its two halves formally tied the knot again in December 2019. AMC Networks last week disclosed it will let go of 10% of its U.S. workforce, or about 100 staffers.

Conservatives need to boycott leftist stars. Whether it’s in theaters or home streaming - we are still feeding the evil beast by being “entertained” by wicked people who hate our guts and want us dead. They need to learn they work and serve at our pleasure and not the other way around.
There are plenty of other productive things to do with our time than watch movies and tv series that make them rich and continue their anti God anti American platform.
>> There are some people who are genuinely afraid of Covid but most of everyone else wants to go back to normal
Those in charge are not afraid of COVID and have always lived through this NORMALLY. They never once shut down their own traveling or social gatherings let alone do they wear masks anytime there isn’t a camera around.

I don’t know how the porn industry does so well in the era massive piracy, free stuff, and the DIY crowd.
And NO twenty minute commercial interruptions every 8.5 minutes. And I don’t want to pay $10 for a movie that is worth maybe five bucks.
Oh, gee. Sad, sad. All those freakin’ Commie bastids out of work...so sad.
Oh, well, life goes on. Tiny little Happy Dance so no one can see. Till they turn their backs...
Not shedding any tears, although the Wuhan lockdowns certainly didn’t help. I’m looking forward to seeing Hollyweird commies standing in bread lines alongside us Trump supporters.
I don't think Selleck had to worry about the old, fat guys.
They can learn to code.
Ha! I through the reverse mortgage thing in for fun.
Tom’s all good.
With few exceptions, I don’t care if the whole lot of them is sitting at intersections with tin cups.
I won’t be streaming either.
Speaking of layoffs, have any New York City government “workers” been laid off yet? Have any government “workers” anywhere in this country been laid off yet?

I wouldn’t be surprised if Hollywood follows Netflix’s lead and moves the whole shebang to New Mexico. Ocean views are appealing but not if you can’t enjoy the beach because of homeless and vagrants.
They move up the coast to Santa Barbara and move again when the homeless move up there.
Good.
“step 9: reverse mortgage commercials”
I hope you’re not suggesting Tom Selleck is a Hollywood weirdo.
