Sydney did make the statement on Maria, if I recall, that the voting machine cases would go on far beyond December 14th. There may simply not be time to present the Dominion/Smartmatic evidence in time to stop the certification of the EVs on that basis.
One more point: It may be that there IS A PAPER TRAIL for all ChinaBiden’s votes ... it’s just that it consists of fraudulent Mail-In ballots. Maybe that is where the Trump team needs to make its stand in SCOTUS.
I think we all know the voting machines were dirty ... but what matters right now is what can be proven. Obviously such a case, involving many technical matters and expert witnesses, would ordinarily take months if not years to conclude.

One point here - since Trump wrote that EO in 2018 about foreign influence in elections, and thus NSA and others have been on this, AND the US citizens working with the foreign infuence stuff have committed serious federal crimes up to and including treason, wouldn’t much of this fall under military tribunals? Which don’t have to take years? I just cannot imagine this humongous attempted election theft not being prosecuted for years. Thus mil would be investigating, not necessarily fibbers.

Good points regarding the fraud and the SCOTUS argument. Levin was discussing the constitutional case tonight. Basically all these changes that the judges and SOS made without even consulting the legislature, are unconstitutional-they had no authority to do it.
Hence none of the expanded mail in voting should be counted and those numbers are enough to RESTORE the election to a legal and constitutional basis—a win for POTUS.
