Biden’s proposed deputy chief of staff advocated mandatory buybacks of “assault” weapons

So, Biden wants to “unite” the country, huh? Well one way to do that is to confiscate guns from several millions of law-abiding Americans. And that is, exactly, what Biden’s proposed Deputy Chief of Staff has advocated for, according to numerous sources including Breitbart News.

Jennifer O’Malley Dillon, who managed failed soy-boy Robert (call me Beto) O’Rourke’s joke of a 2020 presidential campaign, has previously proposed “mandatory” buybacks for certain firearms.

In a September 2019 Democrat presidential debate, O’Rourke said, “Hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.” Or as Biden would say, your “AR-16.”

According to Fox News, less than a month later, O’Malley Dillon pushed “mandatory” buybacks in a video, saying:

“We are actually the only campaign with a plan…that supports mandatory buybacks of weapons of war. An assault weapon ban is very, very important, and we need to have it. But that only takes weapons of war off the streets in the future. It does nothing for weapons of war that are currently out there.”

“Weapons of war.” Oh yeah, the “black, scary-looking” rifles that are exactly the same as a Bushmaster hunting rifle, except, well…they’re black and scary looking...

I don’t see any police officers following these orders... they are out gunned and out numbered... most of these officers were hired and have no military training compared tot he patriots of war hardened veterans. It wouldn’t last long - and the military is to going to get involved in this either ... Democrats think they are going to tell their sell-out generals to give orders ... those Generals know that in a short time - those Democrat leaders won’t be around - they know they won’t be punished for not following such ignorant orders - they know this — and Democrats will find themselves surround - out gunned - out trained - out experienced —

just how I see it.... could be wrong ...

In Washington State I’m pretty sure that a Marlin .22 is an “assault weapon”. It has the tube fed magazine that can hold more than 10 rounds of ammo.

I wonder, with the tube magazine being a permanent feature of the rifle - will the gun tax be $200 plus an additional $200 for the magazine?

Also - this “tax” (on stuff folks already own) - is this a one-time feature or an annual thing? I’m guessing a one-time thing.

That will soon morph into an annual (and $300 tax next year.)

Yeah I see it the other way FRiend.

I think the stack of cards is so high on the dems end that they will make it impossible for patriot cops/military to refuse orders.

It’ll be bloody as hell that’s for sure. Some of us will never give our guns up.

I’m not giving anything up -— I’ve seen societies without personal weapons — up close -— and it’s FUBAR ... I live in a very conservative part of Virginia — so, no one will come here with that crap... I can move to area’s of the nation that are even more conservative... but, I shouldn’t have to do that because some one though voting in a corrupt 47 yr politician and his whore would be a good idea...

There might be leftist police forces in cities — but outside of that — I don’t think these cops want to go against a Ruby Ridge X million ... I’m sure there will be clashes — the Dem leaders think that they will be isolated, protected, and removed from it — but they won’t be

hopefully we are both wrong - Trump is confirmed in JAN 2021 and life moves forward

If the evil Democrat party does this, I will strike at the place of my choosing. Is life so dear that I must cling to it, even under the yoke of slavery?

I would hope millions would join me.

Praying that is the case. Either way though, I think we’ve got some tough times ahead.

Trust in the Lord FRiend!

Any semiauto that is not an antique or inoperable is an "assault" weapon accoring to ballot initiative 1639. Yes, of course that includes ordinary .22's.

The NFA tax is a one time thing and it has never been adjusted for inflation (yet). 200 bucks was a lot of money in 1934. It's worth less now, but if we were talking about some other right there would be a chorus of TeamD voices reminding everyone that it's still a lot of money to poor people, especially black ones.
