A New York man is facing felony charges after it was discovered that he allegedly spray-painted racist and pro-Trump messages on his car.

For filing a false police charge, is what the headline is missing.
In America today pro Trump IS racist.
BTW, when did it become illegal to be racist? It’s illegal to discriminate, but racism?
Why is it a felony for spray painting your own car?
Well, he should be charged with a felony. Doesn’t he know that spray paint is bad for the environment? It gives off all sorts of fumes that harm Mother Earth.
Personally, I’d sentence him to one year of listening to Greta Thunberg speeches, over and over again.

Also accused of insurance fraud. His car was a 2004 broken-down rust-bucket and this particular 18 year-old didn’t have money for a new one.
So what did he do? Use the race card.

He filed an insurance claim for the damage
It’s missing the part where he tried to get the insurance company to pay for the car which is the actual crime, a felony one might add.
He should have put a noose on it! That would get the fbi on it.
It sounds like this scam is being dealt with more quickly than Jussie Smollett’s case.
