Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When Wayne County refused to certify, it was going to get kicked to the next level. Expectations there were that they too would not certify.
But, after literally being murdered, these two changed their votes on the condition of an audit. Well, I can’t see how the next level certifies unless there is an audit and an honest one!?

So bottom line is NOTHING is lost at all. If the audit is fair and done in broad daylight, with security of course, then the results will show how they wound up with more votes than voters. If they cheat, then it smells even worse and the vote will again not be certified at the state level.
Ok, tell me I’m wrong, but this is BETTER than refusing to certify. This might just catch a few decades worth of fraud and rid Michigan of this cancer much like it was dealt with in Florida? Tell me I’m wrong?

Yes, the House votes, but it would be very unlikely for Pelosi to become President, unless -- God forbid -- both the President and the Vice-President die.
The House votes, but in a very different way, as specified by the Twelfth Amendment. Each state delegation gets a single vote, so it's up to the House members from each state to agree on a single vote for President and similarly for Vice President. Whoever gets 26 states wins. Fortunately, there are more Republican-majority House delegations than Democrat.
If the House is unable to choose a President, then the Vice-President becomes the President. (I presume this is the newly elected VP, not the VP before the election.)
If no candidate for VP gets a majority of electors, then the Senate chooses the VP from the top two candidates.

Realize, this is the place that had one batch of 99,000 ballots for Joe with no down vote, all in the middle of the night.
If you are a crook, you never agree to open your books up for inspection...and that is apparently what these Wayne County idiots have agreed to. They’ve opened the door into a massive and historical place for fraud.
The entire state’s focus will be there for this, not just some local yokels. And there’s going to be security, lots of security. Oh, and cameras.... this should be fun. Oh how they will scream RACISM!

That makes no sense!!! They publicly demand an audit because they suspect something is terribly wrong, but in the same breath, they agree to sign off on a certification. Crazy!!!

This means the votes were dumped in electronically, not by running ballots through a scanner/counter.
