How do you split a vote into 1000 fractions?

I’ll take a stab at fractional vote counting:

if the machine is programmed to trim a fraction of one vote off it won’t show up as that vote is count.

but shaving, only 3% of one vote off over 1,000,000 votes at the end of the night amounts to 30,000 votes when they’re all totaled up.

1 vote for trump will show up as .97/vote in the counting program.

.03 of that vote goes to quid pro joe

I’ve heard a similar skam has been used to hack banks interest paying accounts by putting the fractions of dollar skimmed off of every account into the fraudulent account.

$100.034 in interest is credited to the account holders account as $100.03 and the .004 is skimmed off.

Most of us already know this but its worth repeating in these times.

Drops 4311 and 4313 through 4316 from May 24, 2020 intrigue me. They pretty much tell me that Obama is the head of the snake running a shadow government that is at war against President Trump and is feeding global resistance to President Trump.

Drop 4211 has a photo of John Kerry in Paris with the caption, “Welcome to the shadow presidency of Barack Hussein Obama.”

A six-year-old article from Forbes titled “Obama’s Weaponization of Government” was dropped in 4313 which goes on to relate Obama’s many abusees of power and is “worth remembering”.

The weaponization of government is happening and it's time Americans took notice.  For all the folks - primarily on the left – who screamed and yelled that the Patriot Act was shredding the Constitution, far more intrusive tactics that have nothing to do with the NSA or Homeland Security are being deployed right under our noses during this Administration.  Those tactics reduce every Americans’ personal and economic freedom.

WHen I viewed this fun little video, there was a lovely little advertisement before it began about a girl not able to perform in ballet because of lockdown and the neighbors response to show their appreciation of her talent.

It was so lovely I watched it again. It was beautiful, IMHO. And then I realized it's just one more manipulative psyop to make us "calm down" and tell us beautiful things can happen if you give up your freedom. She wouldn't have known her neighbors valued her art if not for lockdown, right?

So damaging kids physical, mental and social health across the nation, and destroying their family's income with fake plannedemic incarceration is supposed to be better than letting that girl go to class and breadwinner(s) go to work? Just beautiful.
