Same here. I’m an Orthodox Jewish guy who was in the military for a long time (still reserves) and worked out since I was a kid.
Cheap protein is hard for a Jewish guy — eggs, dairy, fish making up the bulk.
I’ve been eating 5-6 eggs a day for 30+ years.
I’m a piker. I rarely eat over a dozen a week. My sister has eaten 2/day for 25 years. Excellent bloodwork. Maybe because we don’t eat lots of sugar?
