Same here. I’m an Orthodox Jewish guy who was in the military for a long time (still reserves) and worked out since I was a kid.
Cheap protein is hard for a Jewish guy — eggs, dairy, fish making up the bulk.
I’ve been eating 5-6 eggs a day for 30+ years.
I’m 45 y/o and have been training since 1989.
Irish Catholic, so no food limitations, but eggs, chicken, and tuna are my protein sources.
I qualified for PJ Indoc in the USAF and have continued since then on being in excellent shape.
Blood tests are all on point.
Supplies at the Commissary are priced how I like.
Class 6 back in the day too...
good thing fish is pareve otherwize no lox and cream cheese.
