I think if he can’t tell the different between schiff and Rudy...then his name isn’t the only thing that’s silly about him.
But we shall all see within the next few weeks.
There was a scene in the movie Goodfellas where Ray Liotta got arrested. He said he knew right away that it was the police because of all the noise. If it was the Mafia he never would have heard a sound and he would be dead.
I look forward to the day when I can apologize for having so little faith as I wipe the egg from my face. But for now all I see is a lot of bad people walking free with smiles on their faces while the only people who have ever seen the inside of a courtroom have been Trump supporters, all the while as noisy people blare on about the bombs that are going off any day now. It’s beyond stale.

Over the years I have fallen on my back as the football has been pulled away at the last second. Even the most optimistic eventually decides that running up to kick the football isn't worth it.
Rudy Guliani had the laptop from HELL and couldn’t convince a single lawmaker to arrest or convict anybody! His intentions may be in the right place but he doesn’t have the closing skills to seal the deal!

What is to be asked of USSC?
Um, Schiff didn’t have years of experience as a Federal prosecutor building absolutely airtight cases. Rudy does.
You couldn’t have had more of an airtight case than Hunter Biden’s laptop and what did that get him? What advantage did all of his years as a prosecutor give him? Like I said, I’m hoping someone proves me wrong but I’ve heard enough yammering about bombshells. When I start seeing some actual rubble I’ll believe it.
I have to ask: that’s not a serious question, is it?
No worries, all we Freepers want the same thing. I am buoyed up by the people who are making positive statements with more details every day: Rudy, Sydney Powell. Lt.Gen. Mc Inerny among others. These people are putting their hard won reputations on the line.

Hunter’s laptop case is not over by a long shot.
What is asked of the court? Wrong question. The right question is who will ask it.
The scenario is WI, MI and PA appoint Trump electors. They announce their vote to the state legislature which prepares the formal document and sends it to washington.
Electors do not gather in Washington. They vote in their home state and report the result to the legislature who informs Washington (Pence as president of the Senate).
Pence reads out the result. There is an objection in the joint session and then a seconding of that objection. Pence overrules it, probably after debate. There is no vote. Pence sustains or overrules the objection.
He reads the result of the count. The Dems explode in rage and file suit at the USSC.
The defense of the suit keeps the question limited to Was This Procedure In Accordance With The Constitution. The evidence is never an issue at USSC. Just the procedure.
