What is to be asked of USSC?

What is asked of the court? Wrong question. The right question is who will ask it.

The scenario is WI, MI and PA appoint Trump electors. They announce their vote to the state legislature which prepares the formal document and sends it to washington.

Electors do not gather in Washington. They vote in their home state and report the result to the legislature who informs Washington (Pence as president of the Senate).

Pence reads out the result. There is an objection in the joint session and then a seconding of that objection. Pence overrules it, probably after debate. There is no vote. Pence sustains or overrules the objection.

He reads the result of the count. The Dems explode in rage and file suit at the USSC.

The defense of the suit keeps the question limited to Was This Procedure In Accordance With The Constitution. The evidence is never an issue at USSC. Just the procedure.
