I appreciate your comment and think that many people think that way—I suspect many judges and attorneys who are not as familiar with big data and statistical analysis as are tech and science people also think that way But that is a guess.
In the tech world of AI, big data analysis, and machine learning—it is the statistical and mathematical that are central to knowledge and decisions. Paper evidence, photographs, or human testimony aren’t as reliable as data analysis that isn’t affected by human manipulation. It is the statistical evidence that is important, especially when it is based on behaviors such as purchasing, clicking and watching, or voting. Regardless what people say or claim, the statistics are revealing. The statistics in the election tell us something. The attempts to hide counting tells us something, too. Ballots may be faked, people may hide, fear, and lie—but the data and statistics tell a different story. Of course, if the data is manipulated then the statistics become unnatural. That is evidence that something is not right.
If Dominion can be deemed a “foreign power” they can be addressed under this EO. I’m not a lawyer.
The constitution really demands that all levels of government be bold and excersise their authorities (not just bow to the will of “judges”). Is there an institution left in the country willing to that? If not now, then no.

If most of the fraud was in the computing software all along, this is actually excellent news, because it means the actual ballots probably aren’t there to back up the fake numbers!
Which means it should be our #1 priority to protect the ballots, and make sure they get properly audited and counted.

You have to prove it well enough for the SCOTUS to order the state legislatures to do their jobs. SCOTUS is an appellate court. The state legislatures will most likely only act if they are ordered to do so or if certification is bogged down in the courts and the safe harbor date is approaching, much like 2000. Even then it isn’t certain that they send a slate of Trump electors. Continual shows of support for Trump might motivate them, or absolutely convincing evidence of fraud.
Didn’t President Trump get a recent case expedited to the supreme court?
Isn’t there some emergency process for doing so?

Among other issues, something tells me the USSC is not going to be pleased with the complete breakdown of the chain of custody of hundreds of thousands of ballots that suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
Couple this with the total lockout of Republican poll observers and I think we may have a problem, Houston.
You check the signature against the name. If there are enough mismatches, duplicates, etc., you prove fraud and it doesn’t matter who they voted for.
That makes sense.
I wonder if those persons who claim "there is no evidence" would like to have their bank to never inform them of suspicious activity in their account.
I would love it if Chris Wallace finds his bank account wiped out and told "there was no evidence to suspect fraud".
I saw a graph comparing Trump day of votes v Mail in ballots. I’m generally skeptical about anything coming of it but if the graph is accurate. This will be over turned in PA. It’s the most obvious state that was stolen and I think with evidence like that you can convince anyone. If you are able to bring people to the reality that a swing state was stolen by cheating then all bets are off as to what happens in my opinion. We’ll see what happens
