How many have watched The Mandalorian expecting a story with a beginning, middle and end with some common story line between episodes?
I have and I have been sorely disappointed as the Mandalorian wanders from planet to planet seeking to reunite the baby Yoda with some one or some thing for some unknown reason, getting into other people's squabbles and acting totally out of character in the process.
Well, it sucks. The Mandalorian is a disjointed cluster foxtrot of a "series".
The two EWOK adventure Made-For-TV movies were also horrible.
The Mandalorian I will defend. No, it’s not perfect, but it’s not Woke Star Wars, either. Basically, it’s Kung Fu reincarnated, it’s pretty clean, and it’s perfect for my 11 year old son.
But that had Bea Arthur. Bea Arthur.

Actually, I like it. The protagonist is basically a 1950’s TV western drifter-hero type. Sort of like The Paladin, The Rifleman, or even Gunsmoke. We need more hero’s today. There are altogether too many anti-hero’s in modern entertainment right now.
I like it. It’s a cluster of mini spaghetti westerns. Somewhat like Have Gun Will Travel. Each episode has it’s own story. Clean fun.

I guess it was too much to ask for a contiguous storyline.
Actually, it’s a remake of the Japanese series “Lone Wolf And Cub”. Look it up.

The worst one? It has some very stiff competition for that title.
But it is exceedingly bad.

For an AMAZING and disappointing watch (cuz they are only trailers to video games) watch these Star Wars The Old Republic trailers. They are absolutely mystifying. Makes you wish these gamer nerds did everything after the original movie.
