Not sure where he gets that Trump will concede but he did posit that theory.
All I know for sure is that the media is lying and most of what is going on is not being made public at all.

Think, people.
If Trump had PROOF of vote fraud on this scale, would he "relinquish" what is proven to be rightfully his? NO.
If the Deep State gets caught, would they try to bluster into "Well, we got caught cheating, and lost, but we still get to keep the Presidency." YES.
