Yes, and Scott also claims he’s been given this information, he didn’t just come up with it on his own. In other words, he is saying it’s not supposition, it’s inside info.

I inferred that Scott knows there is something VERY big coming soon that will blow this thing wide open.

Not sure where he gets that Trump will concede but he did posit that theory.

All I know for sure is that the media is lying and most of what is going on is not being made public at all.
