I wonder if they have a vote minimum before the algorithm kicks in. After 100 votes, then one Trump vote equals .1 Trump and .9 Biden. I’m just a housewife turned early childhood educator though.
The fractional votes are where/how the cheating happens.

It appears to me in SOME Democrat Counties they may have. In MY county which is the only one in WA running DOMINION for over 10 years they run fine.
This is what the detailed mathematical/statistical analysis of the votes that I read about showed. The changes in the vote allotment to Biden and to Trump did not happen right away but only after there was a certain lead for Trump. The cluster of votes after that with an ever decreasing percentage for Trump, deemed not possible statistically except if there was an algorithm to cause it
