I read today that our “election systems implementation manager” (Sterling) worked with the ACLU to come up with 6,000 poll workers. He is on Twitter whining about how he is being targeted by those mean Trump supporters, and the democrats are responding in sympathy. They just eating it up.

They do it all the time. Called “climbing the ladder”. Necessary when there is not enough case law, vague case law or contradictory case laws in various district or states.
The Secretary of State is the top banana. Everyone who works the election democrat or republican works in their capacity through the county clerk. We all take the same oath (I’ll publish it here when I can do without using thumbs) it’s to the state and US constitutions and an oath to be fair and fulfill our duties.
Bottom line if there are numerous people NOT fulfilling that oath it not only comes back on them but it also involves their superiors Eventually, however, it is the SOS that holds the bag! He has not fulfilled the duty of his office.
