He should have dissolved the agency when he got in.
Trump could have, and SHOULD have, on the first day after he was sworn in.
He had a golden opportunity and a mandate from we the people to do it. It's why we elected him. And yet... the deep state bastards who want to sell us into slavery still hold vital upper-echelon positions.
