Indeed, it Is Going To Be Biblical.

The following states have voted in their legislatures to give their electoral votes to which ever candidate is the winner of the popular vote nationwide (189 Electoral Votes).

New Mexico
Colorado
Delaware
California
Illinois
Hawaii
Massachusetts
Rhode Island
Connecticut
Washington
Washington DC
New Jersey
New York
Maryland
Vermont

Once illegal votes are subtracted, and only legal votes counted, President Trump will receive all 189 Electoral Votes in these Democrat strongholds.

Imagine the wailing and gnashing of teeth, when this happens.

At that point they will demand their legislatures reverse course.

It will be Biblical.

Is this legally binding?

All those states and DC are already in Hiden’s Electoral bin. So this can actually only benefit Trump in the event the popular vote swings his way. I don’t see any way in which it can damage him. The worst case is a push.

Are you sure about this? The only state I was aware of that actually approved giving all their electoral votes to popular vote winner was Colorado. There was a lot of talk about the others but I’ve seen nothing about when all those other states made the change, including my state - Illinois. Besides that, such a state law is blatantly unconstitutional IMHO.

CO just passed NPV thru a ballot initiative, but I don’t think it’s in effect yet.

Yeah, that won’t pass a Constitutionality challenge.
Interstate agreements MUST be approved by Congress.

The following states have voted in their legislatures to give their electoral votes ...

I think they delayed that until the 2024 election.
