The following states have voted in their legislatures to give their electoral votes to which ever candidate is the winner of the popular vote nationwide (189 Electoral Votes).

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Is this legally binding?
It might violate their state law, but what the legislature does with respect to electors is binding and can’t be changed by state judges or the governor.
If POTUS is shown to be the winner of the popular vote, the DemoKKKrats will likely take it to court and we’ll find out - it might even be ruled unconstitutional—thus ending this scheme to get around the electoral college.
Potential for so many enemies and wrong stuff to go down with this operation-it’s astounding.
