How should elections go moving forward? (Vanity)
My mind | 11-10-2020 | Myself

Posted on 11/10/2020 4:34:13 AM PST by TermLimits4All

So here are my thoughts on future elections moving forward. Feel free to post your comments and suggestions. With the obvious vulnerabilities uncovered in not just this election but the past couple of elections with computerized voting systems I feel this method should be scrapped. The way to ensure the accurate tally for any candidate in my mind is: 1. Nationwide voter id 2. Paper ballots only 3. Fingerprint stamp on ballot 4. Open and monitored counting of ballots with security and cameras like they have at all casinos. 5. No vote by mail or absentee ballots. Absentee only if physically unable to get to precinct.

It seems the computer age has ushered in the opportunity for increased fraud in many arenas including our elections. I think we go back to the way it was before. Manual counts will eliminate at least the digital fraud, or glitches, if that’s what you want to call them. It may take longer to count all the votes but look where we are right now. They’re still counting votes. What about how the media handles the election? What should be done there? I have to work today because I’m not a freeloader so I may respond late today. I look forward to reading your responses.

Democrats would never allow any of your 5 suggestions. They’d never win another election again.

All of your ideas are solid. I think technology could be used for good, but we need to see the integration of blockchain to prevent tampering. If we could get a solid system with a blockchain backend, fraud would drop to almost zero.

If we don’t win this one, it’s not possible to win another, or change the system.

1 - Election day is a National Holiday.
2 - Vote in person with photo ID.
3 - Only exception to voting in person is Military service and travel overseas during the election or hospital stay.
4 - No early voting or vote-by-mail AT ALL.

Exactly! It's shocking to me how many people don't realize that.

What if states change how electoral votes are won. No more winner take all because of the fraud in the cities.

Only male landowners passing a civics exam get to vote in-person on a single day on paper ballots that are hand counted in the presence of representatives from all political parties.

Well...we should start by having elections. This isn’t an election. New York, California and Washington report by 9 pm local on the third and Arizona is still counting a week later. They want us to believe this is normal? It has ever happened before There’s still no explanation

Anyone who speaks of Trump in the past tense is part of it. Gutfeld Saturday night with the posthumous assessment while this farce is still taking place -in Georgia, Nevada, Penn., and from FOX, the one place that turned on the president (on us) the worst- is off the list.

This is not an election.

How to do them going forward? As if we’ve always had this level of cheating?

3 - Only exception to voting in person is Military service and travel overseas during the election or hospital stay.

What about those in nursing homes and other elderly or disabled that can’t get out. Absentee Vote is critical and should be allowed for all of these.

4 - No early voting or vote-by-mail AT ALL.

Outside of #3 you nailed it.

I cannot understand why people will assent to allowing this stolen election to go through and prattle about doing the next one correctly.

If his election fraud is allowed to stand, then all succeeding elections are useless. The country is over.

If the country does not have the balls to stick its finger in the hole in the dike to contain the smaller trickle, then the coming torrent will be unstoppable.

If we don’t win this one, it’s not possible to win another, or change the system.

Bingo!

Many Americans, perhaps principally those who voted for Biden, are in denial. Those R's who believe Trump will run again in 2024 are naïve; Trump is smart enough to not participate in a rigged system a second time.

Biden's proposed socialist cabinet, no doubt urged on him by others, his communist VP selection along with Pelosi and her 25th Ad comments relative to "future" presidents are almost certainly a clue that they are playing him for only the near term. It is easy to predict a major, if not terminal, swerve to the left.

To answer the call of the thread: perhaps with a second Trump term a Federal Presidential Election Act can be enacted that will avoid the chaos we now have.

Let the states conduct their local elections however they choose, but selecting the one politician who represents each of us ought to be conducted in a uniform manner.

Fingerprint stamp on ballot
It would take some interesting tech to even synthesize a unique fingerprint, but I suppose it’d be possible.

You are thinking of tying each ballot to a voter, denigrating voting-booth privacy.

My point is that when ballots are mass-produced, they aren’t gonna have latent prints of a unique voter on them. All that you need is to take a crate of suspect ballots and make the FBI determine how many unique individuals put their fingerprints on them. If that is lower than the number of ballots in the crate . . .

The Trumplican Party intends to compete in the cities rather than permanently ceding them to the Fraudocrat Party in perpetuity.

1.) We need live PUBLIC updates of voter rolls and ballot status. These exist but are not easily accessible by the public. If I could easily go to a website and see that my neighbor who moved out 3 years ago is still registered to van and just voted, I could report that.

2.) We need complete segregation by precinct. If there are proven incidents of election law violation, the votes in that precinct are voided. It is that simple.

If people were pissed that their votes were thrown out because of fraud at by their precinct workers, they will make damn sure to hold them responsible. That is the only way to prevent these inner-city democrat areas from engaging in fraud. The people who vote there and will be affected by the fraud need to stop it.

This is why I hope the SCOTUS throws out any votes that came from precincts where poll watchers were kicked out.
