RICO - If this is true, this is absolutely MAJOR. People involved need to be tried, and if convicted, executed for treason. It MUST happen.
I would look at it more like computer experts with ADD. Lots of people with ADD are brilliant in their fields.
When a person with ADD gets interested in something, they get REAL INTERESTED. They set their mind on something and just never quit or give in.
As a programmer, I would never approve something that it that important the night before the program was to be used.
The Secret Service or FBI need to secure those machine under lock and key for investigation. I am sure the feature is still installed.
Isn’t every ballot related to a name by a number? What is so hard about cross referencing every ballot to a legal voter?
No idea, that is why I said trust but verify. If true and actionable, this is bigger than any fraud we could have imagined.
