The only thing is so few people know anything about the Constitution it would look illegitimate to these know-nothings !
Noting that the video shows a tightly cropped picture of the news channel screen, presumably deliberately making it difficult to identify the channel, I surmise that Democrats allegedly using Dominion software, for example, to steal votes from Trump for Biden, did not understand that the numbers that they were changing in some remote server was possible the source for the numbers that the news channel was showing.
If such was the case, this very sobering evidence is laughable in a way.

CIA is source of the software used to change the votes, and owns the other intelligence agencies. And the Dept of State is the common tie. Consider the possibility that the unprotected site (for a few hours) last year of intelligence networking software contained the malware used to change votes as well. Obviously the DNC got themselves a copy. Why can't Barr give us the name of the person who authorized and downloaded system software for the machines at 4:00 am from Dominion Voting in Co? - interstate fraud by use of the internet puts it in his court...

What we are witnessing is the organized effort of the Democrat Party to violate the Civil Rights of millions of American’s by disenfranchising them of their vote.
The process by which they are attempting to accomplish this is with Election Fraud and Voter Fraud
The State legislature in GA is Republican. We don’t have to prove fraud, we just have to get illegal ballots thrown out. This is not a court case. And in PA, the evidence is so overwhelming that the PA SC violated Federal law it isn’t debatable. All of those 450,000 for Biden after election day will be considered null and void.
That’s why Rudy mentioned a ‘NATIONAL LAW SUIT’, on day one of the FRAUD FAKE news outlets pushing the fake meme that Bidet *won*.
