Good point. Do counties select their own voting machines?

So could Dominion be used in Philadelphia, but Harrisburg use something else? Interesting question.

Are Federal election votes collected using separate systems from State or Local Elections?

One thing I know, I’m holding Governor Kemp and his SOS accountable for permitting Dominion Systems to be used in Georgia. Dominion was rejected by Texas more than once.

Something fishy is going on. I contacted my local GOP headquarters and the Trump campaign to serve as a poll watcher. Was not called back and no Republican was watching the voting in my precinct.

I am in Florida and I am pretty sure each county selects their own machine. The State may offer a list of approved vote counting companies.

I will do some checking.

here is the info on Florida—

https://dos.myflorida.com/elections/voting-systems/about-voting-systems/

“To be used in any election in Florida, the voting system must be approved by the State. The State must first test and determine that the hardware and software meet the standards set out in law and rule. A voting system configuration has three main elements: the election management system, the precinct count system, and the central count system.”

Here is the list by county of the voting systems used in Florida—

Dominion is used in 20 of Florida’s 67 counties. And the 20 Florida counties where Dominion is used, those counties tend to be the smaller counties population wise.

That could be a reason Dominion is having problems if it is being used in very large counties
