“To be used in any election in Florida, the voting system must be approved by the State. The State must first test and determine that the hardware and software meet the standards set out in law and rule. A voting system configuration has three main elements: the election management system, the precinct count system, and the central count system.”

Here is the list by county of the voting systems used in Florida—

Dominion is used in 20 of Florida’s 67 counties. And the 20 Florida counties where Dominion is used, those counties tend to be the smaller counties population wise.

That could be a reason Dominion is having problems if it is being used in very large counties
