PLEASE NOTE. THIS IS A RESEARCH THREAD. I NEED ALL HANDS ON DECK TO PROVIDE AS MUCH EVIDENCE, HARD EVIDENCE, AS POSSIBLE. I WILL MONITOR THIS THREAD AND COMPILE ALL CONTRIBUTIONS TO A NEW AND REFINED THREAD. I HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH THIS BY TONIGHT. I NEED YOUR HELP!

This election has been stolen. Pure and simple.

Now we must show the world, before December 13^th when the Electors are appointed, and before the Special Elections occur for various runoffs that will happen (for example, in Georgia, for the Senate seats, on January 5^th.

How did it occur, you may ask.

It was twofold: One, certain ballot counting machines were altered to give a particular percentage advantage to Joe Biden. It would subtract votes from Donald Trump, and give them to Joe Biden. These machines are provided by a company owned and managed by the Clintons and / or the Obamas. That company is called Dominion Voting Systems. There are various models of the vote tabulation machines. There is a rumor that the software is called Hammer and Scorecard, but it is meaningless what the software is called, more important is its function, described above.

The night of the election, it was becoming apparent to the powers that exist in the Democrat Party that the software boost would not be enough. Donald Trump was racking up very substantial leads, enough to swamp the artifically-inflated advantage to Biden that the software was creating. Suddenly, various excuses emerged on why certain precincts in swing states needed to stop counting. Those precincts sent Republican observers home, with the promise the precincts would continue that next morning. In Georgia, those precincts were, at least in-part:

THE FIRST COMPONENT OF THE STEAL

The first component of The Big Steal is the vote counting machines. Certain machines were altered to undercount Trump votes and overcount Biden votes. We do not know the exact percentage of vote conversions, but whatever it was, the Democrat Powers believed it would be enough to take Biden over the top in several swing-states. Those states are: Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Missouri. There are other states that use this software, but they do not seem to have been terribly effected.)

Here is as much proof as I can provide. I want good Freepers to provide as much additional proof as possible downthread.

• A poll watcher saw someone put an update on the Dominion Voting System computer JUST before the voting and tabulation began happening. That late of an update does not provide Republican experts the chance to review the code for fraudulent counting algorithms, and besides, one would need to see the code. I have found an article detailing this very suspicious computer update: Update (1100ET): Further down the 'Domminion Voting System' rabbit-hole, Politico reports that a technology glitch that halted voting in two Georgia counties on Tuesday morning was caused by a vendor uploading an update to their election machines the night before, a county election supervisor said.

• An election clerk in Michigan discovered that the vote total counted by the software did not match the printed tabulator tapes.

• FULTON COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) -Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger released a statement on Twitter Saturday announcing that Fulton County has discovered an issue involving reporting from their work on Friday.. Reportedly, that 'issue' has caused incorrect totalling of ballots to occur in certain counties, most notably Chatham and Fulton.
  
  
• In the same state, Georgia, one of the updates was submitted on November 6^th: 8:45 p.m. | Computer malfunctions in Gwinnett have meant that everyone has gone home except the IT folks.
  Unsupervised. Only the IT people. No Republican observers. Im IT, and I'm very uncomfortable with that. This was in Gwinnett county.
  
  THE SECOND COMPONENT OF THE STEAL

  Once it became obvious that the software intended to switch a number of votes from Trump to Biden was simply insufficient to overcome Trump's natural lead, the swing states targeted by the Democrat Powers swung into action.

• Within hours of one another, these swing states began claiming they needed to stop counting until the next morning.Yet, obviously, after the Republican observers foolishly believed these people, the counting ramped up with no Republican observers present.

• In Michigan, they closed the counting before midnight (Note, I could use proof of time), promising to reconvene at 9AM. Yet, these same people submitted new counts at 3AM -- impossible, if they stopped counting. Here is the proof of the Michigan 3AM vote injection.

• Michigan's corrupted vote counters spent the interim manufacturing these Biden ballots, 100% of which were for Joe Biden, but ONLY Joe Biden. NO downticket votes. These corrupt workers did not have the time to mark the downtickets. They were under extremely tight timeframes.

• Interestingly, Snopes and all the other 'false' fact checkers state that the jump was because of a typo. The number, according to them, should have been 153,710 Biden, 23,154 Trump..
  NOT STATISTICALLY POSSIBLE. As late as January of 2019, the BBC reports: "Because Michigan voters aren’t required to register their party affiliation, there’s no way to know for sure how many Democrats versus Republicans live in Shiawassee County. However, county leaders have said they believe the political makeup here is roughly split evenly between Republicans and Democrats."

• Again in Michigan, there were confirmed reports that Republican poll watchers were instructed to stand 100 feet from the counters, and had their vision blocked by people papering over the windows through which they were permitted to view, and even having a forklift running in front of them (obscuring their vision). (Note, can some of you researchers provide me links to these three assertions?)
• In Georgia, the same shutdown occurred at 10:30 PM. Republican observers were sent home, proof of which is here. Though the counting was supposed to have stopped at 10:30 PM, vote counts SHARPLY jumped for Democrats between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM, proof of which can be seen here.

  PROOF, by screen capture, that strongly suggests that the vote counting was (purposefully) flawed. It can be presumed that those votes went to Joe Biden. The first capture was at 12:03, Jo Jorgenson had 89,025 votes. Then at 12:15, she had 46,987 votes.

  

  Time is moving forward. Because of that, I will post this article as-is with the thought I will post refined versions downthread. Please, you who can contribute more information, please do, and I will incorporate it if it seems to fit this article's purpose.

O'Brien's manner grew stern again. He laid his hand on the dial.

You would not make the act of submission which is the price of sanity. You preferred to be a lunatic, a minority of one. Only the disciplined mind can see reality, Winston. You believe that reality is something objective, external, existing in its own right. You also believe that the nature of reality is self-evident. When you delude yourself into thinking that you see something, you assume that everyone else sees the same thing as you. But I tell you, Winston, that reality is not external. Reality exists in the human mind, and nowhere else. Not in the individual mind, which can make mistakes, and in any case soon perishes: only in the mind of the Party, which is collective and immortal. O'Brien held up some ballots in his left hand, its back towards Winston, with the thumb holding the four votes.

'And if the party says that it is not four but five -- then how many?'
 
'Four.'
 
The word ended in a gasp of pain. The needle of the dial had shot up to fifty-five. The sweat had sprung out all over Winston's body. The air tore into his lungs and issued again in deep groans which even by clenching his teeth he could not stop. O'Brien watched him, the four votes still extended. He drew back the lever. This time the pain was only slightly eased.
 
How many votes, Winston?'
 
'Four.'
 
The needle went up to sixty.
 
How many votes, Winston?'
 
'Four! Four! What else can I say? Four!'
 
The needle must have risen again, but he did not look at it. The heavy, stern face and the four votes filled his vision. The votes stood up before his eyes like pillars, enormous, blurry, and seeming to vibrate, but unmistakably four.
 
How many votes, Winston?'
 
'Four! Stop it, stop it! How can you go on? Four! Four!'
 
How many votes, Winston?'
 
'Five! Five! Five!'
 
No, Winston, that is no use. You are lying. You still think there are four. How many votes, please?'

Collins may have served as a bit of a spoiler in the 2020 Senate race, but he is as solid as a rock here. These are wonderful demands, but I might have amended the third one to become a machine recount, due to speed and the removal of Democrat stalling. That would require:

1. Each counting machine used in the recount would need a test run or two with a quantity of testing ballots:
   1. The testing ballots would have a preset 50/50 ratio of Democrat and Republican selections.
   2. There should be no 'software updates' performed between now and the recount. Lock the device down somehow. But if that is not possible or even if it is, run that test.
   3. Once the test shows the counts are accurate, There can be no new 'software updates'. Assign a pair of guards, Democrat and Republican, to assure the same. Law enforcement should be present to prevent any noncompliance.
   4. It would be imperative not to name the number on that test, because an 'update' could be entered that allows the first 1-to-n ballots to be counted accurately, THEN apply a cheat algorithm. Surprise them. Or if you do announce the number of ballots of that test, make it exceed the vote totals for the precinct.
   5. The test ballots would need to be destroyed immediately after the test, or segregated by the SOS office themselves, and brought to an offsite location.

2. After the test confirms the voting machine is legit, run a recount.
   1. There can be no closedown of the vote recount for any reason. No breaks. No overnights. NONE of that. If a partisan observer needs to pee, here's a bucket.

WRT “normal” voting rates, this year is probably not within any normal range. Voting rates are higher, but should be almost universally higher pretty much across the board. Where there are “anomalies,” one’s suspicion should be aroused...especially if all of them end up favoring one candidate or party.

I just finished a comparison between 2016 and the June 2020 Pennsylvania voter registration numbers.

Here is what I find interesting.

In 60 of the 67 counties Democrat registration declined while in 15 of the 67 counties Republican registration increased.

However, in these five counties Democrat registration increased and Republican registration dropped. Why did such an oddity happen?

Delaware
Lancaster
Montgomery

I know that PA cleaned up their voter registration rolls in 2018 and that would explain why the total statewide registration dropped 123,683. But in four years to see Democrat registration go up in these five counties and Republican registration go down is hard to understand.

Barr's memo to the UNITED STATES ATTORNEYS; THE ASSISTANT ATTORNEYS GENERAL FOR THECRIMINAL DIVISION; [for the ]CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION; [and for the] NATIONAL SECURITY DIVISION

The money quote:

I authorize you to pursue substantial allegations of voting and vote tabulation irregularities prior to the certification of elections in your jurisdictions in certain cases, as I have already done in specific instances.

Seems "Bagpipes" put down the bagpipes and wrote some other memos that we might see some day.

Also note that this is addressed broadly to prosecutors throughout DOJ freeing all of them to pursue investigations. Per the DOJ organization act, Barr can assign any attorney any role he so desires.

We have now reported on several “glitches” in the ballot counting this year.

Every single “glitch” resulted in Donald Trump losing votes and Joe Biden gaining votes.

We have now witnessed these “glitches” in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan and Wisconsin.

At this point there is no way to know how many times this occurred or in how many states.
Only an audit of the votes in each state will reveal the abnormalities in the voter counts.

William Briggs found an unusual drop in President Trump’s total votes in THREE DIFFERENT COUNTIES at the same time period

....The early gains for Biden are from, mainly, Philadelphia, Allegheny, Montgomery, Chester and Berks counties. A simple plot (click to see: it’s large) shows the size of vote additions for both candidates, when new vote totals (greater than 0) were added by county (and not all counties added votes after election day).

All goes well for Trump until 2020-11-04 21:15:00 when he loses just under 10,000 votes, but curiously from three different counties simultaneously: -1,063 Allegheny; -2,972 Bucks; -7,135 Chester. Biden never lost any votes (at least, in this late voting).

Understand that this does not mean the decreases happened at this time, but that they were recorded in the official data as happening at that time. And the same is true for our next observation.

Biden’s next curiosity was the big increase of 27,396 votes at 2020-11-06 08:53:00 over one consecutive reporting period. This bump is just like the blue-red F-memes you have seen: this only seems more spread out because of the finer time scale used.

These two curiosities account for a 37,263 vote swing for Biden. Biden’s total, as of the end of this data, was 3,344,528, and Trump’s 3,310,326. Biden therefore “won”, in this dataset anyway, by 34,202 votes.

A person could do more than 1 a minute. The SAT writing section is 44 questions in 35 minutes. That’s less than a minute to read and process the answer and mark the choice. A math section is 25 questions in 20 minutes.

10 Seconds max if you’re just filling in 1 spot, then taking a new one out of the pile. 50-60 people could do it in the time given.
