There is actual compelling evidence and witnesses and it will be presented in court. Unfortunately the legal system in this country has been compromised by politics for years to the point where it is a crap shoot. I f there is no security for the software that is operating and there are no logs for the computers involved then there is a definite problem.
If there are logs that have not been tampered with then it should be easy to find the time and date at which the the software was screwed.
But I would guess that most experienced programmers would know that and cover their tracks.

Recounts should also include state and local races that show irregularities as well. If it happened to the presidential vote it probably happened for state senators and representatives. This is so screwed up that I agree with a lot of people on this thread and other threads....start all over and do another vote. This time only at a physical polling place.
This is a problematic evidence issue that a lot of people here don’t understand.
It is perhaps possible that the Hammer and Scorecard allegations are being used to try to get parties to right the wrong before long investigations ensnare said parties. But if Biden wins the WH is the Senate ever really going to do anything but hold a bunch of meaningless hearings?
Hammer and Scorecard is not something that is going to be resolved anytime soon
Just imagine for a moment that a NSA whistleblower comes forward. That won’t resolve anything in a months time.
On top of that, imagine the damage that is done if this is confirmed to exist in a court of law on an international basis.
That alone means this will be a fight to the death to never see the light of day under State Secrets.
We should be more realistic with what can happen in a court of law in the meantime - such as the PA issue over ballots that is headed to SCOTUS.
I am not saying disregard the possibility that said program exists. I am saying be realistic about NSA and their shenanigans and the time frame involved and dont pin your hopes on revelations about a State Secret.

Invalidate the Nationwide 2020 presidential election results. Throw everything away and start over. Naturally this will take weeks and months of reformatting the election process into a fair and legal one; but the integrity of our country is at stake.

Possible, but it seems like NH had a pretty big cushion. They usually have lots of MA college students trekking over for one-day fraud, since they allow same-day registration with just a declaration of moving there. But they have also slid from red to purple to blue as the entire MA media market, which they’re in, has gone more and more radical.
