Why Trump Will TRIUMPH in PA and WIN the ELECTION!!!
The PA Supreme Court violated the US Constitution.
The PA Supreme Court decided mail-in ballots do not have to be received by 8:00PM election day, which was the law passed previously by the PA legislature, and extended this deadline up to 3 days. The PA Supreme Court, in effect changed the already existing law. This violates the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 4 of the US Constitution which states:
"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the LEGISLATURE thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."
Courts have no authority to change the times, places and manner of elections.

Another interesting thing I learned: The Fake News told us that the Supreme Court passed on reviewing what the Pennsylvania Supreme Court did. Not TRUE!
According to Turley there were two cases the SC was to review and the only one SC refused to hear was the case about “expediting the decision” — not the case about what the Penn Court did!
In fact, the Supreme Court is still waiting to hear this case and Justice Thomas, Gorsuch (and one other) are eagerly waiting to hear that case!

Think you are right goodness. Where there is smoke there is fire. We were both here for the mess that was Bush vs Gore 2000. From what I’ve seen, they at least have to investigate all the smoke in these disputed states to determine whether there is fire or not. Right now the smoke level is resembling the west coast fires. Anyone thinking there is no fire must have their nose plugged and their eyes closed. This is multiple times as many Florida’s to investigate. So yes it will take time. Be patient oh young one.

States have to follow rules set up for voting by state legislatures.
Not election officials.
Not state courts.
PA was required to finish the counting by 8 pm election day.....and didn’t.
So.......all votes after that are tossed out.
(Biden supposedly got a million votes day after.)
Invalid votes.
Trump wins.
The Constitution and the law has never stopped rogue state and federal courts before. Courts fixing this election fraud is a Hail Mary pass in my opinion. The marxists took effective control of the courts long ago.

Unless they have been kept segregated there is no way right now the crime scenes are being wiped clean. Lower courts throwing out law suits will give them just enough time.

The SCOTUS stated in their ruling that this was not precedent and shouldn’t be relied upon.
That is a huge distinction. Roberts caused a whole lot of trouble, hopefully not irreversible by not having an emergency hearing and ruling. He allowed the Constitution to be shat upon but left the door open for a ruling after the fact.
Thank God for Justice Alito! you could tell from his order today that he is pissed and will stand for the Constitution, unlike our feckless Chief Justice. I can’t wait to hear what’s in all these sworn affadavits being taken.

Happened to see BuyDone live just now. Don’t believe they fed him enough of the right medication. He did become a bit jumbled several times. Asking for ‘unity’. Ha HA! Was there apprehension in his voice? Were his trousers dry? Not seeing him at 5 PM, as promised - was this due to the fact they were in the process of writing a new script as POTUS was onto the theft they had planned?

In fact, I saw that someone in Detroit was a whistleblower over the back-dating of ballots.
We can expect more people to “fess up” as the threat of going to jail gets real for them.
I should think all the Trump Team SMS text message and contact with millions of voters across the nation gives the campaign plenty of “ground intelligence” to know where monkey business is happening. And also they know precisely where their voters are located — so if a county’s vote seems suspicious, they can detect it immediately.
