I have a relative who voted early in Virginia. Each county (or city) had an early voting precinct that was open from September 18th through October 30th. All of the votes from that time period were part of the early voting precinct in each locality. It’s possible that those big numbers were held back to the end and then inflated to overcome any lead that had developed.
This year the legislature did away with voter identification requirements, so it was easier to cheat.

The Chinese will have to be dealt with harshly - which only PDJT has had to guts to do. I also suspect - concerning your regular postings about CoViD-19 and in light of late infectious resurrgence - that by some means the coronavirus is being reseeded into the population --- if not by the Chinese then maybe by Democrap fellow travelers {?}.
Another factor in the late increase could be refugees escaping from Dem states that are being walled in with severe tyrannies. Why do the citizens of those states simply surrender to their elected tyrants? How on earth are they surviving?
I don’t find anything like what’s mentioned about an Election Countermeasure announced at Homeland Security. The last piece of news on the website is Pandemic stuff from 11/2.
In case no one has cleared the printing process up, the states didn’t print their own ballots. The DHS did...including that cool little nano-particle which is the ultimate test of a valid ballot.
