Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Almost a million in Pa. 30k in Nev. 400k in Virginia. This is all that we know of Arizona and N. Carolina are playing rope-a-dope
What is your take on this “watermarked” ballot situation. All the states in question are in jeopardy. The news outlets have hidden all data from the public so we can’t compare voting from 2016 on a county by county basis. Also blocked is the percentage of registered voters and the percentage voting. We have a few drips but not much. Do you think Potus has all that info? What is your take on this my friend.

Pelosi makes it a hotter topic, I think because of potential for the House to decide the election as well as her high profile and nasty comments every day. Likely why they chose that hashtag.
