Elaine Chao is an American executive and public servant who has served as the United States Secretary of Transportation since January 2017. A member of the Republican Party, Chao was previously Secretary of Labor from 2001 to 2009.
She was born in Taiwan in 1953, emigrated at age 8 and became a U.S. citizen at the age of 19.
Her parents had each relocated separately to Taiwan in 1949 at the culmination of the Chinese Civil War and they married in 1950.

Does anybody have any idea if it can be determined if the software was corrupt & used to manipulate the votes & how long it would take to determine that?
I assume if the software could be programmed to manipulate the votes, somebody could be logging in now to change it back before any tests are run? There must be a way to trace programming changes & times?
I don’t know that answer. At the latest pace though, it needs to be many more ballots.

I said they stopped the count in six states that had the President leading in the early morn hours!

That's what I am wondering. Yes it is terrible that dead people voted, but while we are chasing those votes, it seems to me the 138K dumped at once is the bigger prize & could make an immediate impact. Also, it would seem to me that software programming manipulation could be the mother load.
Maybe stress or an undiagnosed issue. Possible aneurysm.
Yes it is great. I can't say I had much to do with it, other than constantly putting up negative (truthful) information on the Dim Representative's FB page. And the 5 votes from my household.
