Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien tells reporters, “we are declaring a victory in Pennsylvania.”
He says that Biden would have to get 78% of outstanding votes to win. While there are outstanding votes in Philly, Montgomery County, also many votes left in York, Butler, etc

Jason Miller also says the campaign still feels very confident about Arizona. There are approx. 605k outstanding ballots, which he says are mostly ballots cast on Election Day and therefore skew Trump. Trump only needs to get 57.73% of these remaining votes to win.

This is an unusual Presidency where bureaucrats try to bring it down via undemocratic means for 3 years and in the 4th year they devise "mail-in voting" and claim they can "keep counting" after election day for as long "as they need." According to the plan, no State is won until the media declares it, and the media will not declare it.
It onicthat Virginia “Found” their 100,000 error. But has that total been somehow re entered by an outside computer.
I know how our state totals are relayed to Sos office where official count is tallied. Each clerk is given a password to enter their election night totals. Later a curried is sent to Indianapolis with official report to Varify the official results.
So did someone get hold of the state ‘ password/ code. Local people would not necessarily know where they were coming from. Va at least were honest enough to report some.
Military fiber police need to get involved. And trace the source.

BREAKING: Nevada has announced it will not update it’s election results until Thursday.
I posted earlier, the only ballots not yet counted in NV are the ballots mailed out to everyone, and they have days to harvest, I mean receive them.
