I know the CV is dictating it, but I absolutely love the way Trump is using the White House & it’s lawns & balconies for these ceremonies.
I’m sure we will never see it again , but I thought the RNC at the WH was absolutely perfect. Not the raucous people in crazy get ups, but a nice sophisticated acceptance.
I am not 1 bit into opera, but the singing from be balcony was fabulous & even I really enjoyed it.
It is the people’s house & the President’s residence & it is perfect for these occasions. I just love it.

My husband is a 5/6 hour a night sleeper. And has to have a TV on through the night for noise.

Thank you for the new thread question and for the ping.
And driving around Virginia yesterday we saw a trump store by the side of the road. They had t-shirts cups ties, Flags banners anything you could imagine.
I’m thinking conservatives in blue States have had it. They’re tired of being mocked and minimized and are banding together. And it wouldn’t have happened except for Trump.
