did the tablet ever work? did you recently change routers?
how old\what kind\version are your tablet, iPhone, and router? what happens when you enter your password in the tabler and try and connect?
The fact that it worked connecting to AT&T Wifi tells me it’s a router setting(s)\setup issue.
sometimes the device’s (tablet) wifi adapter is not compatible with the router they are trying to connect thru(mostly because of router settings\set-up). Some routers could be set up for 5G only and the tablet may only be good for 2.4.
Sometimes it is just a simple setting that would let the router backward compatible.
Sometimes you have to physically set up the 2.4g settings in the router.
let me know what kind of router you have...maybe I could help or if you have a “guru” in the family...
