If he’s in CA, they now allow felons to vote who have been released from prison AND are not on parole.
I think it passed in 2016 so if he fits the criteria to vote, this might be his first opportunity.
That being said, I don’t like this sending out mail in ballots to everyone. You should at the very least have to request one be sent. Soooo glad the GOP didn’t cave to Pelosi and pass that stimulus bill making every state do mail in voting. She thought she had the President by the gonads but he didn’t back down.
Yep I got a ballot not requested I will be taking the ballot to the polling place to vote in person they open for in person voting on Oct. 31 - Nov. 3 !!!!!
